Our sector already has scholarships, apprenticeships, community groups and employer development schemes. Electronics Mentoring works alongside them.
We take mentorship seriously. We have a dedicated programme team in the UK to undertake research, process applications, undertake matching and ensure follow-ups and check-ins with mentors and mentees.

We take great care in matching mentors and mentees successfully, ensuring a hugely rewarding experience is delivered.
Governance built in
Electronics Mentoring is set up with an advisory panel to ensure independent oversight on strategy and operations.
